Misto Italiano Cinque Sapori (Five Flavours Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta),
is a typical artisanal Italian Pasta made with durum wheat semolina and
dried vegetables.
“A Delicate” processing method: the long kneading, the slow pressing,
drawing and drying at a low temperature permit to preserve all the
characteristic of the durum wheat.
“Vegetable as Protagonists”: the yellow of curcuma, the green of spinaches,
the red of tomatoes, the bordeaux of red beets.
A unique mix of different pasta shapes: hearts, tree leaves, bunches of
grapes, lilies, chef hats... and so on

Take a saucepan and prepare a vegetarian sauté with a drizzle of
extra virgin olive oil and fresh vegetables cut into little cubes: tomato,
aubergines, bell peppers and black olives. Cook the Misto Italiano Pasta
until “al dente”, drain it, then toss in the saucepan with your vegetable
sauté. A simple idea for coming up with a dish that will wow everyone!
