Organic 5 Colors Eliche Pasta (Five Flavours Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta), is a typical artisanal Italian Pasta made with durum wheat semolina and dried vegetables.
“A Delicate” processing method: the long kneading, the slow pressing,
drawing and drying at a low temperature permit to preserve all the
characteristic of the durum wheat.“Vegetable as Protagonists”: the yellow of curcuma, the green of spinaches, the red of tomatoes, the dark red of red beets. Eliche's twisted shape is a triple helix, like an elongated propeller of fan blade.

Take a saucepan and prepare a vegetarian sauté with a drizzle of
extra virgin olive oil and fresh vegetables cut into little cubes: tomato,
aubergines, bell peppers and black olives. Cook the Eliche Pasta until “al
dente”, drain it, then toss in the saucepan with your vegetable sauté. A
