Acacia Honey
During flowering, which lasts approximately 10 days, bees repeatedly visit the nectar-rich calyces, working tirelessly from morning till night. This honey is collected in springtime in acacia woods in Tuscany.
Our pure honey is produced by artisanal beekeepers spread throughout Tuscany's most untouched countryside before being processed by us. The honey comes primarily from the area's mountains and hillsides, but a portion comes from the coastal and beach regions as well. All of our honey is characterized by a naturalness that can only come from untouched land and the floral fruit-bearing plants so plentiful in our region.
