Lemon flavored tagliatelle must be cooked "al dente" and can be served with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a little black pepper, enhancing the flavors of the dish. Grated Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano is the best way to complete the dish. The tagliatelle is packaged in convenient “nests” which makes cooking the pasta easier. Ideal quantity for 4 people.
