This Truffle Gourmet Glaze combines perfectly the smooth balsamic
vinegar flavour with the marked and persistent typical truffle features.
This glaze can be enjoyed as garnishment to plain dishes, such as: egg
pasta and risotto. It is amazing paired with cheeses, like Parmesan or the
blue ones.
We also strongly suggest to pair it to grilled meat, eggs dishes, veggies and
salads.
Ingredients: Concentrated grape juice, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (38%) (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, caramel color), modified corn starch, truffle artificial flavor. Contains sulfites.
